This can be used for a lunch dish or turned into a deliciously visual main meal in the Savoury Pancake recipe

Serves 2-4 for lunch, 6 in Savoury Pancake Layer

Ingredients
2 cup cooked rice (preferably brown rice)
1 Tbsp. margarine or oil
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 cups cooked and chopped broccoli
2/3 cup grated cheese
½ cup milk

Method
1. Fry the onion in the oil or margarine until transparent and just turning brown
2. Add the other ingredients and stir to mix
3. Bake in the oven at 350oF for 45 minutes
