Keyleigh's Yoghurt Cake

A delicious cake that can be served alone or with fruit such as soft fruit or apple puree, or with a sweet sauce

Serves 8-10

D (see abbreviations)

Ingredients
1 5-fl-oz pot of yoghurt
1 pot of vegetable oil
2 pots of sugar
3 pots of self-raising flour
3 eggs

Method
1. Beat the eggs
2. Mix all the ingredients together
3. Put into a greased loaf tin
4. Bake @ Gas Mark 5 for 1 h 15 mins.
