Menu Maker: Recipes from Class 5 at West Twyford

Laura’s Crab Salad

This is adapted from a recipe in Laura’s homeland of Lithuania

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

2 dressed crabs or tins of crab meat
one onion
mayonnaise to taste
lettuce

Method

1. Break up the crab meat with a fork
2. Finely chop the onion
3. Mix both with the mayonnaise
4. Serve with green salad
5. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and/or prawns (optional)
6. Serve with French or pitta bread
