How to brush your teeth

1. First you need to pick up your tooth brush and squeeze some tooth paste on your tooth brush.
2. Then you put the tooth brush in your mouth.
3. After that you brush up and down all the way through your mouth.
4. Next you rinse your mouth with either mouth-wash or water.
5. Finally you wash your tooth brush.
