How to breath ice

1) First you must feel the ice in your 4th lung well up inside you!

2) Draw saliva inside your mouth

3) Fire it out and at the same time draw ice from your 4th lung

3) You should be breathing ice, but don't be discouraged if you fail, as only 10 dragons have managed to do it
