Beef stew

Potatoes
Carrots
Stew meat
Water
Peas
Corn

First brown stew meat in pot or crock pot.
Then in a pot of water start mixing vegetables.
(Potatoes should already be boiled.)
Cook all of them in pot on low for a long time then add meat and meat boullion.
About 2 hours later eat over rice.

Speckled castles

chocolate
flour
sugar
sprinkles
shapers
icing sugar

Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl.
Melt the chocolate and then mix in with the flour and sugar.
Then bake the mixture for 15 minutes.
Then let the mixture cool for 10 minutes and while still slightly gooey cut into castle shapes with shapers and then sprinkle with sprinkles.
Let cool completely before eating.
ENJOY!

A Sweet Toffee Apple Yum Yum !

You put an apple in golden syrup and roll it around. Then you take it out of the pot. You put it on the stick and then you roll it in some mint and put some melted chocolate on top and one melted marshmallow with a cherry on top. (September 2004)

Rice with hot sambal

INGREDIENTS
vegetable oil,
anchovies,
eggs,
chilies,
onion,
rice,
coconut milk,
salt,
sugar

METHOD
1.cook the rice with the coconut milk
2.heat the vegetable oil in a pan
3.put the mixture of chillies, onion, salt, and sugar into the pan which is called sambal
4.fry some eggs
5.put some vegetables into the sambal
6.delicious to eat with the rice and the sambal

Potato Pastry

You will need:
Potatoes, flour, fresh milk, eggs, cheese, butter.

Method:
Firsty peel your potatoes to perfection.
Secondly mix flour, fresh milk, eggs, cheese, and butter until it becomes sloppy.
Thirdly place the pealed potatos in a saucepan ready to boil, and boil the potatoes until soft.
Mash potatoes, then pour the mixture around the potatoes.
Cook for 15 minutes then reposition the pastry how you want it.
Then put the pastry back in to cook for 1 hour.

Fishy Surprise

Ingredients:
Cod fillet
potatoes
breadcrumbs
butter
milk

Method:
Boil skinless potatos.
Drain them.
Put into a pan with butter and milk and mash until creamy.
Mash up cod and mix in with potatoes
Make into medium sized balls.
Flatten so still thick but not in a ball.
Cover in bread crumbs and bake for 20 mins.

Lemon Chicken Strips

You will need,

A chicken,
A lemon,
A knife,
A plate,
Herbs, some salt and pepper.

1. First of all preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then when the oven is ready, place in your chicken for 1 hour until it is cooked.

2. When the chicken is cooked let it cool down a bit then cut it into strips with a sharp knife.

3. Now squeeze the juice out of your lemon and pour over the chicken strips.

4. Finally cut up some herbs, sprinkle them over the chicken and add a pinch of salt and pepper for a finishing touch.

No-cook Dragon Pizza

Serves 2

Ingredients:
A plain pizza base
Tomato sauce
Green peppers
Pastrami cut into little circles
Red and yellow peppers
Knife

Method:
Put pizza base on a flat surface and use the knife to spread the tomato sauce on the pizza.

Get the green peppers and spread them on the pizza in a dragon shape after you've done that put two of the pastrami circles on the head of the dragon then put the red and yellow peppers near the nostrils of the dragon.

Then you put it in the microwave to warm up.

Then when it has warmed up you eat it.

Pan fried Shalot

Ingredients:
8 small/medium onions peeled and sliced thinly
1 red apple, peeled and thinly sliced
4 medium sized potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
salt and pepper
chives

Method:
Fry the onions with the potato until tender but not brown, then add the apple and cook until the apple is soft.
Add salt and pepper to taste,stir in the chopped chives.
Serve piping hot.

Amanda's Root Beer Float

Ingredients:

1. Vanilla ice cream

2. A can of Root Beer

3. Whipped cream

How to make it......

Take about four scoops of Vanilla ice cream and put them in a cup.
Then take a can of root beer and pour it into the cup.
Then top it off with some whipped cream!

ENJOY - You'll probably float!
