The greatest dragon, according to the dragon legends. Gorde not only saved the dragons from extinction, but is also credited as being the dragon that gave the archway its magical properties.

Each year the dragons remember Gorde by celebrating him on 'Gorde Day'. The dragons bake lots of special food, often in the shape of Gorde.

The dragons also have a competition where they swoop down from the sky at high speed and try and blow fire into the empty helmet of a knight of old. The closest dragon to the helmet is given the title of 'knight hunter' for a year.
