Kulthar is a young dragoness. She is very adventurous and enjoys taking long trips into the countryside beyond the borders of Dragonsville.

Kulthar has recently become a celebrity in Dragonsville, as she is the dragoness responsible for reforming the link between humans and dragons that was broken when the knights of old began attacking dragons.
