Dear Greentoes,
I recently sent two dragons, both young and bright, to Dragonsville. Their names are Stuffy and Diddy-Dums. Since I have been banned by the dragons of the other realms to write directly to the Mayor, I am asking the only dragon I can count on to deliver this message to him. The message is:

Stuffy is the eldest, so he must be given any difficult chores that Diddy-Dums is unable to do.
Give Stuffy a bucket-full of oat-meal a day to help him with his recent dragonpox.
Diddy-Dums needs a teddy, preferably Dazzle the Dazzling plush toy, with him every night, otherwise he won't sleep.
All in all, take the very best care of both of them.
