The Adventure Begins

The curse was a terrible weight on his mind. Jacob was deciding if to go and face the terrible journey ahead. As his courage wasn’t very strong, Jacob was not sure if he should go ahead with the journey. After a couple of hours Jacob decided to face his courage and see what Earthworm Jim would say.

Jim was having a nice hot cup of tea, when Jacob burst in looking very worried.

Jim told him to sit down and relax, but he couldn’t because he was bursting with questions. After he had explained about his incredible journey ahead, Jacob seemed a lot happier.

Earthworm Jim had told Jacob it was his own decision. So after all that thinking Jacob decided to go and face his fears. Jacob left with no armor and feeling brave.

Jim suddenly remembered the protective shield he had once used himself so he ran outside and shouted to Jacob: “You forgot the shield. You‘ll need it to protect you from the evil birds and spiders hiding among the grass.”

Jim waved Jacob goodbye. So now Jacob was now ready to fight everything in his path.
